Role Description
**Role responsibilities**:
- Define and prioritise product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop product roadmaps, product requirements, and release plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer pain points and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
- Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and relevant.
**Your attributes and experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience working with JIRA or other agile project management tools.
**Bonus points**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- SQL and data experience.
- Strong understanding of payments industry trends and technologies.
- Previous experience in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.
