We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced
Commercial Sales Manager to develop, lead and drive
commercial trade and hospitality sales. A professional sales star
invested in growth and opportunity. The role requires a selfmotivated individual to grow our market share, through regular
client interaction, trade fairs and initiatives, meeting sales
targets. The role is focused along the East Coast in particular
VIC and NSW
THE JOB
- Present our range and services to clients and support them

investing in Cane-line furniture and associated services.
- Use your comprehensive product knowledge to ensure the

features and benefits of our range and services are clearly
and succinctly shared with prospective clients.
- Answer and qualify, all new leads, organise, meet and hold

phone and face-to-face meetings. You will be given a level
of autonomy to build and thrive within the role.
- Establish relationships with Architects, Interior Designers

and key stakeholders. You will utilise your connections and
skills to grow the business and the brand.
- Present, quote, qualify and manage projects from

specification to delivery.
- Meet monthly targets to achieve bonus, whilst fostering a

collaborative team environment amongst the team,
working together towards the common goal of providing
an extraordinary customer experience.
- Co-ordinate, collaborate and work alongside the

Showroom Manager.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years commercial sales experience in

the design industry is desirable.
- Proven history of achieving targets and KPI’s.
- Understanding of the commercial procurement

process required with a strong emphasis on
maintaining specification and driving new
opportunities during the project timeline.
- Extensive sales and negotiation skills, commercial

acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

including presenting in front of groups.
- Outstanding leadership skills and a strong work

ethic.
- Strong attention to detail, time management,

organisation and planning skills.
