**About the role**

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Property Management team for a Commercial Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
- Undertaking market reviews & negotiating market reviews with existing tenants
- Managing buildings insurance requirements and renewals
- Ensuring all properties within your portfolio are up to date with rent arrears, lease option/expiries and ESM compliance
- Proactively managing repairs and ongoing maintenance, refurbishments and capital works of properties within your portfolio
- Budgeting, invoice management and audit management of properties within your portfolio
- Seek new listings
- Maintain strong and positive ongoing relationships with landlords, tenants and service providers
- Manage all responsibilities relating to your commercial property client portfolio including overseeing all relevant documentation, lease registers, budgets and property database

**You will have**
- 2 years + experience in Commercial Property Management
- Completed Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Retail Leases act
- Excellent attention to detail and good financial and accounting understanding
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proactive team player and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Valid drivers licence and access to vehicle
