**Job Description**:
**Could you be our Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist?**
As the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work within the tight-knit HR team to deliver end to end recruitment support for mid to senior corporate hiring managers to bring top talent to the organisation. This national role is the single face of corporate talent acquisition at McDonald’s Australia and is a brand ambassador for our employee experience. An exciting contract opportunity has become available to cover a parental leave position for 12 months. Could it be you?

**What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Performing end to end corporate recruitment for national head office roles (~500 employees)
- Conducting job briefs for each recruitment process as per the job brief template
- Creating enticing advertisements for roles internally and/or externally
- Providing expert advice and insight to hiring managers on behavioural interviewing on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices
- Developing, reviewing and maintaining the library of corporate job descriptions
- Driving experience driven onboarding practices including new employee onboarding system support
- Proactive head hunting and utilising LinkedIn Recruiter for hard to fill roles
- Supporting the People team in engagement initiatives and additional projects
