**Job Description**:
**Could you be our next Legal and Corporate Relations Team Assistant?**

Both the in-house legal team and Corporate Relations team work across the entire business with a range of different stakeholders.

Our in-house legal team partners with a range of functions including Franchising, Marketing, Technology, Property and Employment (to name a few). Always busy drafting agreements, negotiating leases, reviewing contracts and identifying risks, our legal experts rely on the team administrator for support.

Our Corporate Relations team works across the entire business to support our reputation and raise awareness of McDonald’s impact and growth stories. The team is always busy with both internal and external stakeholders, including government, industry groups and media. They have varied and busy schedules.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to provide administrative support for these teams to drive success across the wider McDonald’s business.

**What can you expect on a day to day basis?**
- Providing paralegal support for in-house legal team, including preparing legal letters and documents, undertaking legal research, assisting with subpoena’s and compiling document packages for signing and distribution.
- Providing administrative support to the Corporate Relations team, including helping to track and manage the team budget and ensure the prompt processing of invoices, assisting with new supplier onboarding, coordinating media and government events, and supporting the team on other adhoc tasks.
- Administration of the legal team’s systems and processes, including supervision of the electronic document management system (iManage), management of the team’s invoicing system (ONIT), tracking and management of team budget, managing licences and invoices for DocuSign, updating the contract management system (Rapid).
- Organising team engagement activities, including team social events, supporting leadership with reward and recognition initiatives, recognising team milestones (promotions, birthdays, etc.).
- Supporting with onboarding of new employees, and internal communications through the company intranet.
- PA support for the legal and corporate relations leadership team, including travel arrangements, calendar management, coordinating team leave arrangements to ensure mínimal cross-over, and related activities.
- Process management for the legal team, including management of safe storage of important documents (such as certificates of title), management of archives, and physical filing systems.
