**Job Description**:

A rare opportunity has become available to be the face of corporate talent acquisition at McDonald’s Australia. As a brand ambassador for our employee experience, you will deliver end to end recruitment support for hiring managers to bring top talent to the organisation. Based between Thornleigh, our CBD office and home; and reporting to the Director of People; this role calls for an enthusiastic recruitment professional to join the People team. This role is ideal for an agency recruiter looking to make the move in-house at a global market leading brand.

**What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Delivering end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles across a diverse range of functions
- Creating and posting bespoke job advertisements
- Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process
- Tracking recruitment processes using the relevant internal systems
- Coaching hiring managers on interview techniques
- Continually driving improvements and efficiencies in the recruitment process
- Collaborating with the HR Business Partner to deliver the corporate induction process

**Experience Essentials**:

- Ability to deliver end to end recruitment processes from job brief to job close
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (agency or in-house)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to head hunt for difficult to fill roles
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
