**Job Description** Could you be our next People & Talent Advisor?**

**What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Supporting the Corporate Talent Acquisition Consultant and hiring managers with recruitment administration including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, initiating reference checks and drafting of contracts.
- Updating the applicant tracking system and recruitment data base to ensure we maintain accurate information.
- Responding to questions from internal and external stakeholders in relation to recruitment matters providing them with timely and helpful advice to keep processes moving swiftly.
- Assisting the People Team with organising engagement events including Pride Month, Macca’s Day Out and Family Day.
- Assisting with the new starter induction program to set up our new starters for success.
- Providing general HR admin support and contributing to special projects as required

**Qualifications** Your keys to success**:

- You are currently studying or recently graduated from Business studies, ideally in HR or previous experience in a HR/Recruitment admin role
- You have excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to tasks and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- You are a team player with a customer centric mindset
- You pride yourself on being organised and can effectively prioritise multiple tasks at once
- You have an innate passion for delivering a best in class employee experience
