**Customer Experience Associate**
- Full time or job-share role available

- Seeking an experienced Junior Receptionist/administrator to join a corporate head office.
- Office based role - Monday-Friday 9:30am to 6pm
- Salary: $50 - $60k
- Immediate start

**About the role**:
We are seeking highly organised, enthusiastic person with a strong and committed work ethic. You will be delivering an exceptional service to staff, clients, and visitors to the office:
**Duties in the role will include but not be limited to**:

- Assisting with all overflow calls and event enquires across our 13 venues in New South Wales and Adelaide.
- Working closely with the Publicans and Managers across our venues to coordinate bookings, functions and events.
- Manage the switchboard whilst also meeting and greeting investors/suppliers upon their arrival.
- Proactively maintain office kitchen, meeting rooms and stationary orders
- Assist the administration team with general administration duties on an ad-hoc basis.
- Develop a general knowledge of the company’s business and customers.
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Follow-up on queries, complaints and liaising with external stakeholders and customers.
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and expenses.
- Event coordination and set up and liaising with external stakeholders.
- Assist with out of office errands as required.

**About you**:

- Exceptional attitude, communication, and interpersonal skills are key to success in this role.
- Ideally have at least 12 months experience reception, events, customer service or in administration.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- We're looking for someone to work in the office between Monday and Friday, 9:30am to 6pm, with an hour break for lunch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
