**Who are you?**

Passionate about property and outdoor living, your 3+ years of success in a similar role/environment is important but more importantly, would people generally describe you as:

- Pretty smart
- Able to articulate yourself well, across different spectrums of people
- Good head for numbers and commercially switched on
- A goal-chaser, never happy with the status quo
- Happy meeting new people yet know when to focus on the outcome
- Comfortable to 'stand your ground' - but with diplomacy
- You appreciate guidelines but you can also be adaptable to achieve your objectives
- Generally positive but nobody pulls the wool over your eyes
- Decisive. You know when to push forward... and you do
- Client-centric but will state your professional opinion
- A natural leader, self-motivated and action-oriented
- Good with facts and figures but you also have a sense of 'gut feel'

**The gig?** You'll be the first port of call for homeowners looking to increase the liveability of their homes. You'll manage their enquiry, undertake analysis of their aims - and the home and site. You'll gather the necessary technical and council details and begin to instil in their imaginations all of the various wonderful possibilities - from there, you'll set up a fully prepared appointment with one of our skilled designers.
