**About the Role**
**The role is Ongoing Fulltime**.
The Department of Transport and Planning is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the Head of State Planning. This role involves providing a seamless first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Ministers, Advisors and departmental leaders ensuring that correspondence is prioritized and addressed swiftly.

**Position Outcomes /Accountabilities**
- Manages a range of administration processes across the Division and ensures they have been compliant with legislation, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
- Attends to a high volume of urgent matters submitted for the Head of State Planning’s consideration or approval and determines necessary priorities, approval methods and ensure that follow up action is taken.

- Demonstrated experience in administration and business or project support within a dynamic and high-volume work environment.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of governmental business systems, processes and structures.
