Join Nine as our Head of Workplace Relations and lead a vital team delivering seamless, impactful P&C support to our leaders.
**Day to day you will**:
- Lead and mentor the Manager Advisory team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring consistent HR support.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders on diverse employee matters, acting as a trusted point of contact for complex situations.
- Oversee employee and industrial relations, ensuring compliance, managing complex cases, and leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Guide leaders in effective performance management, promoting continuous feedback and development.
- Utilise data and insights to identify trends, inform P&C strategy, and drive continuous improvement in services and policies.
- Advocate for cultural transformation and collaborate across P&C functions to deliver seamless service, leveraging HR technology for an enhanced manager experience.
**Qualifications**
You'll be a highly skilled and supportive HR professional with a talent for guiding leaders and fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. We're looking for someone who consistently applies best practice and genuinely champions a positive employee experience.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Deep expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide expert advice and coaching.
- Proficiency in employee relations, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- A talent for problem-solving, assessing complex situations and developing appropriate solutions.
