**About your new role.**

As a key member of the CCEP People & Culture Leadership team, the Head of Workplace Relations & Wellbeing plays a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of workplace relations, compliance, industrial relations, and employee relations within the company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our organization maintains strong and positive relationships with employees and their representatives, effectively navigates labour laws and regulations, and fosters a productive, healthy work environment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Workplace Relations Strategy: Develop and implement an effective workplace relations strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and supports a positive employee experience.
- Wellbeing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that promotes physical, mental, and emotional health across the organization.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of experts in Industrial / Employee Relations and wellbeing, creating a psychologically safe work environment that ensures the success of team goals.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up to date with Australian employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that the company remains in compliance and proactively addressing any changes or potential issues.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and P&C teams, providing guidance and expertise on employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Industrial Relations: Oversee yearly planning on negotiation processes with IR Specialists and manage relevant unions or employee representatives relationships, ensuring fair and constructive dialogue and maintaining positive labour relations. Manage the industrial risk to the organisation, engaging on Business Continuity Planning and strategies.
- Policies and Procedures: Work with the legal team to develop, review, update and implement workplace policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organisation.
- Training and Education: Identify training needs and develop programs to educate P&C, managers and employees on workplace relations policies, procedures, and practices, promoting a culture of compliance and employee engagement.
- Psychosocial Risk Management: Collaborate with the QESH Health & Safety team to lead efforts to promote psychological health and safety in the workplace.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports and documentation related to workplace relations, ensuring timely and complete compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide data insights on trends or risk areas for the business.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as P&C, legal, and senior management, to provide guidance and support on workplace relations matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Extensive experience in a senior workplace relations or employee relations role, preferably within a complex organisational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws, Fair Work Act, and industrial relations frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex negotiations, industrial risk management, and business continuity.
- Proven ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management and stakeholders on workplace relations and wellbeing matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Strong knowledge of mental health issues and interventions, with experience in developing and implementing mental health programs
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation across Australia, and experience working with
