The Resource Allocator opportunity will be responsible for the coordination of on-the-day operational labour coverage to the airports. This role is required to maximise operational effectiveness by ensuring the right number of appropriately skilled staff are allocated to the right tasks at the right time via workforce planning systems. This role is responsible for monitoring and implementation of the day of operation plans and requires high level of stakeholder management and a strong decision-making skillset.
You’ll have
- Background in operational industries (ie. Aviation, Transportation etc)- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and solve problems under day-to-day operational pressures and to take accountability for the teams work to ensure business and financial objectives are met- Excellent oral and written communications with proven time management skills- Highly developed problem solving, analytical, planning, organisational skillsets with excellent decision-making skills.- Proficiency using GroundStar planning and rostering systems (advantageous but not essential)- Demonstrated IT proficiency across rostering systems, phone systems and the full Microsoft Suite- Specialised knowledge including understanding of concepts and principles and ability to analyse and evaluate alternatives- Self motivated, possessing and demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
