**Where you'll be working**
The Climate Risk and Net Zero Unit, partners with NSW Health organisations and external stakeholders to embed environmental sustainability as a core dimension of healthcare. Administratively located in the Ministry of Health, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services and improving the health outcomes of the people in New South Wales. Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $106,025 - $117,363 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team.
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality written advice in the form of reports, briefs, policy, discussion papers or circulars to inform or respond to requests.
- Develop and implement fit-for-purpose stakeholder engagement and education strategies on environmentally sustainable, climate-resilient healthcare. Contribute to the development of environmental sustainability programs.
- Work with executives, managers and clinicians to assess current understanding of and engagement with sustainability and climate risk initiatives across NSW Health.

**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in healthcare, environmental sustainability, and/or risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and/or educating on complex or sensitive topics in healthcare.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and/or experience in government administration processes, including developing meeting documentation and coordinating feedback across organisations.
- Demonstrated communication skills, including writing and reviewing correspondence, such as briefs, reports, presentations and proposals, and communicating complex and sensitive issues to stakeholders.
