**Program Manager Leadership & Management**

The Program Manager Leadership & Management is responsible for supporting the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs in the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) by:

- Support the design, delivery, implementation, reporting, research and evaluation of Leadership and Management development programs consistent with NSW Health and HETI's strategic direction.
- Support program delivery with high level project management ensuring production of professional project documentation for assigned programs and projects to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Plan develop, design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate evidence based best practice education including assessment materials to optimise learning outcomes and learner engagement using a wide range of delivery modes for both face to face and virtual deliveries.

**Where you'll be working**

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible work spaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.
