Job Overview: As a Nurse Program Coordinator, you will take a proactive approach and work through projects with mínimal direction and supervision, while effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of programs across the business, with the option to work in the office (2 days a week) and at home. Key responsibilities for the role include building and maintaining relationships with internal and external staff, ongoing liaison with line managers and team members, written communication and regular follow-up with patients and healthcare professionals, adverse event reporting management, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves high-quality data entry, word processing, and general administration duties.
