**About the role**

We have a fantastic entry level opportunity for an Investment DDQ & Corporate Information Specialist to join QIC’s Client Solutions & Capital team on a 12-month contract basis. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure and build knowledge across all QIC’s corporate and investment team functions.

This role will play a key role in QIC’s centralised Request for Proposal (RFP) team with it’s primary responsibility for the ongoing development and maintenance of the Corporate Information Library. This requires proactive updating of the Library technology platform and collaboration and effective communication with key stakeholders from across QIC’s corporate divisions to ensure the Corporate Information Library remains contemporary and accurate for use in RFPs, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other corporate information requests.

In this entry level position, you will be responsible for key tasks such as:

- Proactively update and maintain the Corporate Information Library as a central source of truth for QIC corporate information
- Contribute to DDQs, consultant databases and thematic client requests
- Be a ‘champion’ for the RFP & Corporate Information function and contribute to the continuous refinement of process to maximise efficiency, effective stakeholder management and consistency of messaging.
- Take a client-led approach in delivering high quality, effective and timely client communications.

**About You**

Your key strengths should span across key areas such as:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including marketing communication experience) and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex technical commentary into plain English
- Confident technology user, with a high level of competence in using Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated initiative, drive and professionalism
- Experience with co-ordinating complex document creation, drawing content from multiple stakeholders and/or sources
- Project management skills and ability to deliver to multiple competing deadlines
