About the teamThe TEQ Finance and Planning team provides high level of support and advice to the organisation in the areas of transactional services, governance, planning and finance systems, servicing both our local and overseas teams.
About the roleThe Corporate Specialist provides a high-level of customer service to TEQ. As a member of the Finance Services team, the role's primary responsibility is to provide financial and administrative support to TEQ. The role is also responsible for front-desk reception.Utilising your exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills you will welcome visitors to TEQ, answer enquiries and foster productive relationships with TEQ employees and external stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to build your administrative and finance skills whilst working in a collaborative team environment. TEQ actively promotes work/life balance and is supportive of career development through a number of initiatives.
Key duties
- Provide support, including data entry to the Finance Team
- Assist with WH&S activities
- Welcome visitors to TEQ and ensure they adhere to security procedures (e.g. Signing in)
- Coordinate reception activities to ensure day to day operational needs are met

You will have
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time and organisational skills
- Service oriented 'can do' attitude and initiative
