**The Opportunity**:
Support our industry leading B&D brand by providing excellent customer service and support across the entire business making no day the same If you have a customer or retail service background this could be a great move into a business that offers lots of development and future career potential.

In this role at our Help and Advice Centre, you will be helping our community protect what they value most by providing first class support to our end-user consumers in all areas of their Garage door journey. We are a fast paced, winning team who are looking for another superstar to join us, the main functions of the role are:

- Generating measure and quote leads into our direct and dealer network.
- Troubleshooting all garage door and opener enquiries from basic to technical.
- Qualifying and scheduling service appointments into our direct and dealer network.

You will be provided with 3 weeks comprehensive training to ensure you are set up to succeed in the role, but more importantly, we will continue to provide training and coaching throughout.

**What you will bring and develop**:
This role requires someone customer obsessed who has an excellent phone manner and is a clear and professional communicator. You will be a strong listener and strategic thinker to find the fastest and most effective resolution for whatever our customer needs. As a great team player, you will be hardworking and flexible and will be confident to work in a fast-paced environment. Other key skills and experience include:

- High level Customer service experience especially phone based.
- Confidence with computers and CRM systems
- Problem solving mindset
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet.
