Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team.

  • Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email and chat

As the first point of contact for all inbound customer queries, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues, navigating multiple systems and databases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process internal/counter sales orders and create purchase orders
  2. Raise invoices and manage customer accounts
  3. Articulate professionally to internal and external customers
