**About Us**

Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a customer service professional with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts. This is a **permanent role on a day shift**, with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete.

**Roster: Sunday to Thursday**
- Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded
- Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday - Thursday roster
- Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues
- The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers
