three Senior / Associate Mechanical Engineers
to play a critical role in strengthening technical leadership across the Mechanical discipline.

The Opportunity

As a
Senior / Associate Mechanical Engineer
, you will:

  • Lead mechanical design and delivery on technically complex projects across
    commercial, education, health, data centres, transport, aviation, and defence buildings
    .
  • Act as a technical authority in HVAC system design, thermal modelling, energy efficiency strategies, and integrated building systems.
  • Drive quality, innovation, and best practice across project teams, contributing to technical standards and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with electrical, hydraulic, fire, and sustainability teams to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineers, supporting capability growth across the discipline.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and project partners, building trust through strong communication and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to bid support, technical presentations, and thought leadership within the business.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years' experience in
    mechanical building services
    , with a strong technical foundation.
  • Proven capability delivering medium-to-large, complex projects in sectors such as
    health, commercial, mission critical, education, precincts, Defence or transport
    .
  • Deep expertise in HVAC design, modelling, and system integration, with a passion for engineering excellence.
  • Strong collaborator who is comfortable working across multi-disciplinary environments and influencing peers and clients.
  • Committed to mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and lifting capability across the team.
  • Chartered status (CPEng) highly desirable.
