**Sales Associate Overview**:
As a Sales Associate, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic team, helping customers understand a range of services and products. Your duties will include:

- Engaging with customers on a daily basis, warmly and professionally, understanding their needs and guiding them towards the best choices.
- Showcase your product knowledge and enthusiasm, making every interaction informative and enjoyable.
- Assisting customers during the sales process.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product trends and features to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising, product demonstrations and marketing presentations.

**What we're looking for**:

- A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in customer satisfaction and providing top-notch service.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
