**We are looking for an amazing Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, initially on a 6 months basis.**

Some of the duties will involve the following;
- Educate hiring managers in best practise talent acquisition practices, selection processes and interviewing techniques
- Work closely with hiring managers to forecast upcoming resourcing needs
- Build credible, trusting relationships with hiring managers and the P&C team
- Assist with the graduate recruitment program
- Manage the centralised careers mailbox
- Weekly mailout regarding internal career opportunities
- Frequent promotion of our referral program
- Work closely with hiring managers to forecast upcoming resourcing needs
- Build credible, trusting relationships with hiring managers and the HR BPs.
