**Your new role awaits**

If you’re looking the next step in your career, this newly created position will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your payroll expertise by managing projects identifying pain points within current payroll and time management processes.

Reporting directly to the National Payroll Manager, you’ll be liaising with stakeholders across various departments, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure the smooth implementation of new processes.

Please note that this is a **12-month fixed term full-time** position, however, based on your success in the role it is likely to change to permanent.

**A typical day for you**
- Identifying and assessing issues within current payroll processes
- Consulting with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing, testing, and implementing system and procedure improvements
- Overseeing change management for payroll processes
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations
- Acting as 2IC to National Payroll Manager for project matters

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 4-5 years of end-to-end payroll expertise
- In depth knowledge of payroll legislation - Awards, EBA’s, Fair Work
- SAP ECP & Kronos WFD (or similar) experience is an advantage
- Project management experience is valuable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
