Payroll Specialist

As Payroll Specialist you are dedicated to processing weekly payroll within ADP, Global View for 1000+ employees across Australia, whilst maintaining employee records to ensure all data is accurate and current. Acting as a partner to the business you will support internal stakeholder with queries and process employee adjustments and reconciliations as needed.
- Process weekly payroll, terminations, employee adjustments and new starters
- Review payroll data, respond to queries from internal customers and clarify any discrepancies
- Perform system health checks to ensure data integrity and security
- Contribute to a climate of continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems
- Completed payroll activities and reports are within agreed timeframes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholder to ensure queries handled promptly
- Work supportively within a close-knit team
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
- 12-month fixed-term contract

**Experience & Abilities required**
- Weekly/monthly payroll experience for approx. 1,000 employees
- Global View - SAP HCM experience
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret payroll related legislation, awards, taxation rules and superannuation
