**Your new opportunity**
The primary function of the L&D Sales Enablement and Events Team is to provide and deploy services to Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd. (the client). As the L&D Communications & Events Administrator, you will be responsible for the day to day coordination of all social media, events training and advocacy program related requests.
You will also be supporting the L&D Communications & Events Manager on end to end communications & coordination of the program social media pages and all Training & Events activities. You will be the key point of contact for our stakeholders and work collaboratively with all teams to coordinate support, manage the execution of our team support and to close the loop with stakeholder feedback for post event training/support activity.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Support and coordinate the advocacy program communication and engagement
- Build out plans & reporting to drive program social media engagement
- Coordinate with L&D Communications and Events Manager on merchandising rewards, communication & engagement calendar
- Assist in the engagement with key internal & external stakeholders to gather requirements for all events that request support
- Briefing the team leaders on support and assist with assigning of resources to events
- Plan, direct and coordinate activities to support the execution for a successful event
- Collect of information pre, during and post to provide end to end analysis of support throughout the event/support activity
- Provide a full report to stakeholders on the event/support activity which should include photos from the events/support activities
**About you**
- Marketing and Communication experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced and a dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and/or international market - key trends, issues, challenges, opportunities
- Strong understanding of consumer markets - telecommunications preferred
