Midnight Hotel is currently seeking GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATES (Part-Time or Casual) to join our team

As a Front Office team member, we will empower you to deliver an unequivocally Midnight experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a diverse range of unique, social, and highly personalised experiences. As a critical part of our guest experience, this role is responsible for assisting with our guests' arrival and departure experience whilst managing their day-to-day needs, assisting with general inquiries, requests, and billing actions during their stay.

Please note that these roles will be based across a rotating roster, weekdays and weekends including early mornings, evenings, overnight, and public holidays.

**We are looking for**:

- Dynamic, vibrant, confident, and professional personality
- Previous experience within a Front Office, customer service-based role, preferably within a five-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
- Superior communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Detail orientated
- High standard of personal presentation
- Previous experience using a Property Management System, preferably Opera, is desirable
- Strong local knowledge of Canberra and the surrounding regions is highly desirable but not essential
- A current full Australian driver's licence is also highly desirable but not essential.
- The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster, including morning, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- You must also meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
