**About the Role**:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist you are responsible for delivering a range of marketing and communication strategies across the Rivergum Group. This includes website content, enhancements and maintenance, Google Ads and other Paid Campaign Strategies, insights, and recommendations to grow lead generation and campaigns along with collaboration on social media and other marketing initiatives.

Collecting internal and external market data to measure performance, you will ensure the organisations brand, image, products, and services are effectively and efficiently promoted and maintained on digital forums.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist with the development of strategic marketing plans
- Develop and deliver digital campaigns, including paid & organic
- Monitor analytics and provide insights and recommendations
- Develop EDM’s and automation processes to ensure optimal presentation of content for both web and mobile display
- Manage all Google Business profiles
- Manage the website content, functionality, site performance and optimisation
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with general marketing tasks and priorities

**What you will bring**:

- 2 years minimum experience in a digital media role
- Passion or experience in the property sector, with an understanding of the target audiences, an advantage, however not essential
- Demonstrated experience supporting and implementing marketing plans and initiatives and search engine optimisation strategies
- Ability to Develop EDM’s and automation processes and competency in using CRM systems
- Able to interpret comprehensive marketing strategies
- Ability to prioritise and manage simultaneous projects with competing timelines
- Ability to effectively convey information and ideas
- Proven experience working collaboratively
- Strong copywriting skills for a variety of platforms
- Experience using in Word Press, Active Campaign, Google Analytics, Semrush
- A Current National Police Check or willing to obtain one
