We are currently recruiting for a motivated, flexible, self-starter to join our team as an **Assistant** **Sales Manager** at our **Hyundai Dealership** in** Southport.**

**What the role entails**:

- Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
- Assist Sales Manager ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
- Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
- Ensure Dealer Sockets diary is up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
- On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally

**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems
- Conflict resolution skills
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
