Startup Co-working space seeks experienced Community Manager and Marketing Specialist to join the new hub in Melbourne.

**So, what is this role?**
**Community Management & Marketing**:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the co-working hub and increase brand awareness in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute local marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the overall brand strategy.
- Identify and capitalise on local marketing opportunities to drive member acquisition and brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Design and oversee promotional activities, including events, digital marketing, and social media campaigns, to engage the startup and scale-up community.
- Represent the brand at local events, networking gatherings, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence and establish strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members and potential clients to foster a vibrant community.
- Lead tours for prospective members, showcasing the value of the co-working hub and driving membership growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion strategies, contributing to occupancy targets.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on key marketing metrics and present findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven success in a community management and marketing role in a co-working hub
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing skills to develop marketing content and campaigns.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, this will be a stand alone role for a little while. You’ll have loads of support from the Sydney team and integrate heavily in their practices, but you’ll be working autonomously in the Melbourne hub.

This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $75,000-$85,000 + super.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
