As a key team member in the Marketing team, the Marketing Communications Manager is part of the ‘Creative Comms Engine’ in Marketing. This role helps plan, design and produce effective communication assets and content to support marketing that underpins the core campaigns, events and strategies that Marketing executes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess and consult on the best way to plan, create and produce effective marketing communications
- Work with Marketing Managers to proactively identify the required assets for any planned campaign, event or engagement.
- Maintain a view of the specific required deliverables as they align to planned campaigns and input into how these could be improved or enhanced.
- Help in the translation of products into solutions, capturing the value proposition via SME interlocks
- Work closely with the respective Marketing Managers to support their assets requirements

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 5+ years in a MarComms role fast paced environment
- Potential agency experience in a similar role
- Excellent positive stakeholder management both internal and external
- Ability to deal through ambiguity and deliver the desired quality assets on time and budget
- Resilient and focused on delivering to tight timelines and managing what can appear to be competing priorities
- Creative with an exceptional ability to turn around request quickly with a high quality.
