**Our Opportunity**
This is an initial 3-month fixed-term, part-time opportunity working 3 days per week with the potential to transition into a permanent ongoing role. This position can be worked from our head office (Tullamarine), or a hybrid/remote working arrangement will also be considered.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced recruiter with a passion for mental health and a talent for identifying and sourcing Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors for our national and fast-growing team. The Recruitment Coordinator will manage the end to end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing and onboarding new clinicians to our network.

**About the Role**
- Work collaboratively with the Acting General Manager and team to implement NVP’s talent attraction strategy to source Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors to meet our growing needs.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified clinicians.
- Work with the network team to support the onboarding process for new recruits including conducting background checks, collating required documentation, assisting with contract development.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including talent pipelines, interview outcomes and hiring metrics.

**About You**
- Demonstrated career experience and success working in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Exposure to or experience recruiting within the medical / healthcare / allied health / mental health fields highly favourable.
- An understanding of the mental health industry including terminology and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
