- **Essential Skills**:

- some experience in customer service, call centre or procurement/supply chain/logistics background
- PA/EA Skills/Experience
- experience using Microsoft suite, ERP system familiarity
- **Responsibilities**:

- provide customer service assistance to end users across MH network with procurement related queries
- provide Purchase Order ETA information to internal stakeholders i.e. end users and procurement/supply chain staff
- required to contact external stakeholders such as suppliers
- some repetitive administrative tasks i.e. receipting of invoices
- navigate our ERP system to update and extract information
- facilitate the sourcing of substitute products as required
- other ad hoc office administrative duties

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
