At **Parramatta BMW and MINI Garage**, we currently have the opportunity for an experienced **General Sales Manager** to join our Management Team.

**About the role**:
In this role you will oversee the New and Pre-Owned Cars Sales Department to achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit, and Customer Service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities.

With proven experience within a Sales Management position you will harness your existing skills and experience to lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants and ensure that departmental staff implement and abide by the dealership's disciplines, philosophies and culture on a daily basis.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in leading teams within a dealership environment. You will be solutions orientated, have strong communication skills and be able to create a high performing culture through clear expectation setting and management. You will be highly organised and able to implement procedures in line with company guidelines whilst being given the opportunity to innovate and bring ideas to the group. You will be well presented, enjoy a challenge, and have a positive attitude and outlook.
