**About the role**

This opportunity is for a fulltime self-motivated administration superstar to join our established young, dynamic admin team providing support to our multidisciplinary team clinicians within a first-class Allied Health Practice in Newcastle.
- You will be working in a role with lots to learn, providing a high level of support to our team.
- You will liaise and build rapport with referrers/NDIS Coordinators frequently.
- Manage intake of new clients and work closely with clinicians to coordinate ongoing appointments, diary management and assist with completing tasks associated with NDIS service provision Frameworks.

**About you**
- Highly organised and diligent with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Work autonomously, confidently and execute effective communication.
- Enjoy problem solving, have developed time management and organisational skills.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong team player with effective decision-making skills and be part of creating a caring, fun, and supportive environment.

A background in healt and administration is desired but not essential.
