Barpa Pty Ltd is a majority Indigenous owned commercial construction company. The core of our business is the construction of technical and complex facilities, which incorporate innovative design. Many of these construction projects are managed within a live operational environment and require careful and detailed planning.

Our clients include various Federal and State Government departments, Universities, Councils, Not for Profits, Private Companies and Tier One contractors.

As a **Project Coordinator**, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects alongside key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and assist in schedule, budget, and resource tracking
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and follow up on actions
- Assist with procurement, including sourcing materials and managing suppliers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety, and support reporting and documentation task

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with experience on-site and across projects valued $1M-$20M
- Exposure to Defence, Education, Health, and Commercial sectors
- Strong grasp of project management principles and industry practices
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; proactive and self-motivated
