**What you’ll do**

The Vendor Business Manager - Data Capture, Point-of-Sale & Healthcare, as the business owner, will be responsible for the overall running of their assigned vendor/s or categories, by developing strategies that will achieve revenue, profitability targets and growth. This includes:

- Building and managing the vendor relationship/s by owning the respective P&L for their category or vendor/s
- Ensuring costs are minimized through driving process efficiencies and profits are maximized through sustainable growth strategies.
- Analysing data and research market reports to identify new markets or areas of growth
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders of Ingram Micro to ensure effective execution of your strategy

We are seeking an individual who has experience in the Data Capture, Point of Sale and/or Healthcare IT market/industry and who understands the unique requirements of vendors, system integrators and channel partners in this market. We are seeking a passionate energetic, highly autonomous individual who can drive change. You will require a strategic mindset and have strong communication & interpersonal skills coupled with proven success working with cross functional teams.

**What you’ll bring**
- Have the ability to build credible stakeholder relationships and engagement
- Results driven, customer focused, accurate and analytical
- Methodical with outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Able to plan and implement strategic business plans and achieve business objectives
- The ability to build and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors
- Understanding of the technology market in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Warehousing/Logistics, and/or Manufacturing verticals desirable
- Ability to thrive within an innovative, fast-paced and competitive environment
- Strong negotiation skills, proven sales skills and working experience in developing business plans required
- Strong Excel/MS Office Skills, and financial/numeric skills, to work with reporting and analysing data
- Knowledge of technology products and distribution channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand/communicate complex financial data
