Reputable brand, based in the southern suburbs are seeking a suitably qualified Payroll Manager, to lead their high-performing Payroll team.

**Your new role**
- Lead and motivate the team
- Manage multiple payrolls for approx. 2,000+ employees
- Ensure EBA's and awards are correctly interpreted
- Manage system enhancements and implementations
- Statutory compliance including superannuation and payroll tax

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in a similar role and payroll expertise
- Ability to work with both finance and HR
- Effective management and leadership skills
- Systems understanding and ability to project manage implementations
