Client Services Administrator/bookkeeper

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bookkeeping & Financial Support**
- Manage and maintain monthly accounts and assist in preparing **Business Activity Statements (BAS)**.
- Record and reconcile all financial activity using **Xero, QBO,MYOB**.
- Process invoices, manage payments, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist accountants in preparing month-end reports and financial statements.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, organised, and up to date.
**Administrative Assistance**
- Handle general office administration, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with administration, such as organising compliance documentation, due-diligence and client requests.
- Support the team including preparing reports and responding to inquiries.
- Manage office supplies and maintain office organisation.
- Liaise with clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in maintaining, implementing and improving internal processes and systems.
