Catering to both the Leisure and Marine Commercial sectors, Euromarine stands as the go-to destination for Volvo Penta and Kohler Marine, offering a comprehensive range of spare parts, engines, and unrivalled service and support to a diverse clientele.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service and Parts Administrator or Advisor with Automotive or Marine industry experience to join our team on a full-time basis. In this newly created role, you will join our growing team, supporting our existing advisors in the day-to-day operation of our thriving service department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate service and parts requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution for marine equipment and systems.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams, providing clear communication and updates on service progress and spare parts availability.
  • Manage service schedules, prioritising tasks to optimise efficiency and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Interpret and coordinate spare part flows for internal, trade and customer sales.
  • Implement and refine service protocols, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of service-related components and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Manage administration tasks, including customer bookings, service department scheduling, quoting and invoicing.
