The Yacht Sales Co. is seeking an experienced and driven SERVICE MANAGER to join our dynamic team at The Boat Works in Coomera, Queensland.

As the Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service department throughout Asia Pacific. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and leadership skills, as you’ll be managing the movements, commissioning of new yachts, servicing pre-owned yachts, and coordinating our service team and a network of marine trades to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Service department, ensuring efficient operations and maximising profitability.
- Oversee the commissioning and servicing of yachts, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
- Coordinate and manage various marine trades and contractors across diverse projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the department’s income and streamline processes.
- Build strong relationships with our staff, clients, suppliers, and contractors to maintain The Yacht Sales Co.’s excellent reputation.
- Maintain meticulous administrative records and provide regular updates on project status and budgets.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Sales and After-Sales teams to enhance the client experience.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for a motivated leader with:

- Proven experience in Service or project management within the marine or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of yachts and associated systems.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and administrative skills.
- Experience managing multiple trades and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- A full Open Australian driver’s and boat licence.
- To be able to utilise basic tools for occasional technical requirements.

**Additional Details**

The role is primarily based at our Gold Coast Sales Centre at The Boat Works shipyard in Coomera. Some interstate and international travel may occasionally be required.
