Administration Officer

Working efficiently in a fast-paced role, you will be responsible for working with the warehousing team, invoicing and organising logistics.
**Job Requirements**:
- Invoice finished jobs, ensuring accuracy of quantity and price
- Liaise with customers
- Coordinate and track outbound transport
- Liaise with outbound warehousing to prioritise picking & packing requirements for the day
- Supply production with required paperwork and labels for jobs
- Inventory management
- Answer and redirect calls
- Coordination of stock orders
- Sign in procedures of all guests on-site
- Clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Manage a busy reception desk
- Maintain stationary levels
- Other duties as required
- Organised
- Attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
