Super Gardens is Victoria’s longest standing, privately owned Commercial Landscape Construction, Gardens and Grounds Maintenance and Sports Turf Management business' servicing a diverse range of clients for over 33 years.
With a long standing partnership with the Melbourne Racing Club, we provide gardening, grounds and track maintenance services at Sandown Racecourses. We have two opportunities for experienced Grounds maintenance staff to join our team at Sandown Racecourse.
As part of the Grounds maintenance crew, you will be a flexible team player with a strong customer focus who is prepared to undertake a variety of responsibilities and provide grounds maintenance services to a high standard and to meet customer expectations. Using a range of horticultural equipment including a blower, hedger, whipper snipper, push mower and ride on mowers, you will perform:
- Gardening, turf management, mowing, watering, treading in, machine operation, raking and general horticultural and facility maintenance related tasks.
These are unique sites, with an awareness of restrictions due to horse movements at various times of the day required and as you will be working in the public eye, professional behaviour is essential. Both sites hold great events, functions and of course race meets - a flexible approach to your availability is really important - we need our best crews showcasing our services on these days.
