The Functional Consultant is a key member of this team, facilitating the conversation between business and development streams to ensure that integration solutions are robust, replicable, efficient and effective.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP ERP solutions, including ability to develop high quality system specifications, configuration documentation and testing scenarios.
- High level knowledge of the integration aspect of SAP modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work. Show initiative and proactively step in and do what is required.
- Confidently present in a clear, concise, and articulate manner. Focus on key points and use appropriate, unambiguous language.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide detailed domain knowledge and insights that inform the development process.
- Ensure the product aligns with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand and analyze functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in validation and verification activities to ensure that the delivered product meets the defined functional requirements and quality standards.
- Advocate for the end-users, ensuring that their needs and challenges are accurately represented and addressed in the product.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies related to functional requirements and work collaboratively with the team to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of functional requirements and any relevant domain knowledge. Ensure that documentation is easily accessible and comprehensible to all team members.

Mandatory qualifications and conditions - nil, however the following will be highly regarded:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile methodologies.

Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
