About The Role

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Functional Consultant in our Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms team. You will lead the design, delivery, and support of platform implementations in collaboration with clients, as well as lead and manage a team of functional consultants.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems, with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platforms is essential.
  • Experience with presales and project shaping is a plus.
  • Hands-on support for consulting activities.
Other Skills and Experience
  • Deep knowledge of D365 CE platforms across modules.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
  • Experience across multiple industries or segments.
  • Understanding of common business issues.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Some familiarity with D365 FinOps or Business Central applications.
  • 7+ years of D365 Platform experience.
  • 7+ years of consultancy/delivery experience.
  • 4+ years of project ownership/team leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and business analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps configuration, CI/CD, DevOps, and data manipulation.
