An Opportunity for Clinical Nurse Consultants to lead a team in Alcohol and other Drug in Western Sydney.

It is a well-established non for profit organisation providing healing to people through various specialised programs. It is also a leading healthcare provider participating in various research projects.

**Your new role**

You will be working at a couple of sites.
This strategic position is responsible for maintaining the current standards, implementing new policies and meeting the company's targets.
You will be a leader of an interdisciplinary team. Hence, you will ensure all the requirements are met for delivering person-centred care within the speciality area to achieve the highest patient outcomes.
This role reports to Strategic Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health discipline and must have valid registration with the relevant board
Post gradate qualification in an area of discipline and/or a minimum (5) years of Clinical experience
Demonstrated participation in Quality improvement, clinical teaching and training, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Knowledge of relevant legislation including Occupational Safety & Health, and Code of Conduct
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
