An Opportunity for Clinical Nurse Consultants or Allied Health Professionals to lead a team in Western Sydney

It is a well-established non for profit organisation providing healing to people through various specialised programs & services. It is also a leading healthcare provider participating in various research projects.

**Your new role**

You will be working at their couple of sites. This strategic position is responsible for maintaining the current standards, implementing new policies and meeting the company's targets. You will be a leader of an interdisciplinary team. Hence, you will ensure all the requirements are met for delivering person-centred care within the speciality area to achieve the highest patient outcomes, This role reports to Strategic Manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied health discipline and valid registration with relevant Board.
- Post graduate qualification in an area of discipline and/or a minimum (5) years' clinical experience.
- Demonstrated participation in quality improvement, clinical teaching and training, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including Occupational Safety & Health, Code of Conduct.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
