**Salary: $119,348 to $136,057 or $130,378 - 132,799**

St Vincents Health Network Sydney is seeking a highly motivated Junior Medical Officer (JMO) Manager with knowledge and skills in workforce processes, people management, high quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement. **About the role**:
You will have primary responsibility for Human Resources (HR) services to all Junior Medical Officers (approx. 400) within the hospital including:

- Providing effective leadership and management of the employment lifecycle for JMO’s including recruitment, credentialing, appointment, and ongoing employment and contractual arrangements for JMO’s.
- Deliver best practice rostering and payroll processes ensuring safe work hours and JMO wellbeing
- Ensure all aspects of administration of junior medical staff comply with HETI and Specialist College training accreditation requirements
- Provide effective leadership and management of the JMO medical workforce administrative staff to ensure high quality of customer service and stakeholder engagement.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated significant experience in recruitment and workforce management in a complex, high volume environment
3. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of recruitment, credentialing and appointment processes, policy and legislative requirements and planning related to medical workforce
4. High level organisational skills and experience working in a high volume, complex professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task and achieve goals
5. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, engagement and collaboration skills, with the capacity to build and foster positive working relationships with junior medical officers, senior clinicians and other stakeholders
6. Ability to work with independence, demonstrating a proactive commitment to leading and managing a team
7. Proven experience to lead projects and/or initiatives, analysing data and information and using sound judgement to make pragmatic and reliable recommendations and decisions
