**Recruitment Officer**

SRG Global are seeking a motivated Blue-Collar recruiter with end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team in Subiaco.

**The Role**:
We are seeking an internal HR Recruitment Officer, the position will be located at our Subiaco office (WA)

In this internal recruitment role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of **blue collar **to support operational requirements while fostering our strong company culture.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with Operations Managers and Site Administration teams, this role will be part of a wider international HR team providing support, assistance, and advice to various sites across Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end recruitment and onboarding of all blue-collar employees, this includes; Advertising, screening of resumes, shortlisting, scheduling interviews and coordination of the pre-employment checks
- Coordinating the onboarding process including preparing letters of offer in conjunction with relevant EBA’s, mobilisation of employees to site and coordination of induction processes.
- Create and maintain a talent pool to reduce the reliance on labour-hire.
- Manage and maintain employee records through the HR Recruitment and Information Systems (PageUp and SRG’s ESS system)
- Collaborate with mangers to identify future resourcing needs.
- Provide back up and support with high quality HR Administration support to the SRG Global Business divisions as required.

**The successful applicant will ideally have**:

- Previous Blue-Collar Recruitment/ Mobilisation experience in contracting environment for the mining resource and/or construction industries (must have)
- Strong Interpersonal/verbal communication skills - establish relationships and communicates effectively with the full range of people involved on and off-site.
- Professional standards and an appreciation for confidentiality.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance/QA
- Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills.
